Wales is the only country in the world with a continuous waymarked path around its entire coast.
Stretching 870 miles from Chepstow to Chester this is the UK’s longest signposted footpath and covers the coast of the entire country. It has taken 65 days over the span of five and a half years to complete. It has been incredibly hard going, there are steep cliffs and long desolate shores. It is also incredibly beautiful, ir never ceases to suprise. I’ve battled bad weather, lockdowns and depression to complete this, but walking is a therapy for me.
